All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Sizes and designs may change over time. Baby Christening Gowns reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice. . Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. We do not accept responsibility for any poor handling by our courier providers which may cause loss to your item whilst in transit.

Payment & Ordering

The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. It’s user-friendly, and you can be assured that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.
Secure Credit Card Payment
At Baby Christening Gowns we use a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Mastercard or Visa. We also accept Bank Deposit, Cheque & Money Order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order. When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit please ensure you make a note of your name in the description section. An email once you have deposited your funds would also be appreciated.

Postage & Packing

Each order will be delivered by Courier. Depending on your location, a courier will be assigned to leave your parcel at your door. If you do not want your parcel left at your door, please advise at time of ordering.  We are not liable for any damage whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you intact.

Deadlines/Delivery Times

During the year we will be closed during certain periods. We will give as much notice as possible on our site as to these closure dates.  

Delivery times quoted on our site are approximate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.


Returnable vs. Non-returnable Items:

Non-defective returned items must be in new original condition so they can be returned to stock. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer or that are missing original pieces.

The following are examples of items that are NOT returnable:

Soiled (mother’s makeup stains, baby stains, grease, food stains, etc.)

Incomplete sets (Missing a keepsake bag, heirloom hanger, slip, bonnet, hat, etc.)

Damaged by customer.

Weather, water or sun damaged.

Return freight is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the situation dictates otherwise.

Customer is not responsible for items damaged in shipment or other inherent flaws. Return shipping will be arranged or refunded as needed. 



At Baby Christening Gowns, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.  Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers.


Baby Christening Gowns will be on holidays from Tuesday (22nd December) and will reopen on Monday (11th January 2021).

Any orders received whilst we are away on leave will be processed after the 11th January 2021 upon our return.
